My name is Joseph Sanchez, but everyone just calls me Joe. I am a licensed associate broker with Remington Properties. I am a New Mexico Land and Albuquerque Residential Real Estate Specialist and I am ready to work with you to find the property you’ve been looking for.
I have always had a passion for Albuquerque Real Estate. My passion started when I was young and was further sparked when my Dad and I bought land in Rio Rancho – back when that was all there was out there! My Dad is retired from the Air Force and my Mom is from Baguio City, the Philippines. While I was born in the Philippines, I have lived in Albuquerque, NM since I was six years old.

I have had a round-about path to real estate, beginning with completing the JATC electrical apprenticeship program after graduating from Manzano High School (Go Monarchs!). I am a licensed journeyman electrician and also have my Electrical Contractor’s license. Working on the inside with new construction, fueled my passion for real estate even more.

I later went on to obtain an Associate’s Degree and my Real Estate License. I have been working in Albuquerque Real Estate for nearly a decade now and really enjoy helping people with all their land and home needs. My first year in real estate I was in the top ten Realtors at my company and in the top 100 in closings nationwide with gross sales of over $7 million.

When I am not helping Albuquerque buyers and sellers with their real estate needs, you can find me either at church, spending time with my family or at the gym. I have been blessed in so many ways. I have a wonderful wife, one grown son, a teenage daughter and two dogs (Sharpei and Boston Terrier). I am also a self-proclaimed fitness enthusiast and enjoy lifting weights and doing Combat classes with my wife. Daily prayer and exercise keep me humble, healthy and strong!

My name is Gabe Gallegos and I am a tenacious, hardworking realtor, a homegrown product of Albuquerque, New Mexico. With plans to raise my children here in Albuquerque, I felt that knowing the city and being well-informed about local culture and events, was the best way to create a secure upbringing for them. During my last year in college I found out I was having a son and started to see things differently. I began to study the city and specific areas of town I wanted to live in with my growing family. As a result of this research I began to feel a strong calling to real estate.

After college, I began working in the financial services industry for a few years but I still craved to be involved in real estate. In 2011 I became a licensed real estate broker and went to work pursuing this passion.
