Selling homes to Albuquerque’s families is a business for Lacey Biby, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty. For Lacey, it’s easy to get caught up in her clients’ excitement.

That’s something she absolutely loves.

“It’s an emotional decision for most people,” she says. “Knowing that you’re helping them find the house where their kids will grow up, or helping them to sell and move on to a new chapter in their lives—It’s really neat to hear people’s stories.”

Born and raised in Albuquerque, Biby loves selling a piece of her hometown to others; something she’s wanted to do since graduating with a bachelors degree in business administration with a concentration in entrepreneurial studies.

Biby makes sure to give each one of her clients the one-on-one attention and service they need—even if that means putting in plenty of extra effort, which is why she won Rookie of the year in 2011.

“I wasn’t in the business when the housing boom hit,” Biby says. “I’m told Realtors couldn’t even get signs out in front of homes before they sold. So what I know about this business is hard work. I am no stranger to knocking on doors, cold calling, and most importantly, building strong relationships.”

When she’s not helping families find the home of their dreams, Biby spends time with her “Little Sister” as a volunteer with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program, or raising money as a member of the auction committee for the Special Olympics. This Lobo fan can often be seen at University of New Mexico games, or teaching strength training at Blissful Spirits Hot Yoga.

But she’s never too busy to help her clients find the perfect home. For her, it’s personal.

“Buying or selling comes with emotions,” she says. “Knowing that I’m helping them find a home where memories will be made, or sell a home full of memories, is a significant process that I’m honored to be a part of.”

Jan and her husband,  Joe,  first came to Albuquerque in the late 1970's during the International Balloon Fiesta. As avid hot air balloon pilots, they soon made Albuquerque a regular destination. When the opportunity to expand a family business into Albuquerque arose, they quickly moved to the Land of Enchantment.  Later, Joe began a new career that took them overseas.

The family lived and worked in many exotic places, such as the Serengeti National Park in Tanzania and the rainforests of Costa Rica.  Soon they came home to Albuquerque; to once again wake up to the indescribable sights of the Sandia Mountain and the spectacular lights of the city.

When Jan decided to make real estate her profession she couldn't think of a better area that Albuquerque, New Mexico.  Jan, is a people person who knows and understands the needs of families and puts a personal touch on each transaction.

Angela moved to ABQ in Oct of 1982 from Ohio, after visiting ABQ one winter to visit relatives and loved the fact that they could ski in the Mts and return home and BBQ on the patio all in the same day!!!!!!!! She got her real estate license in early 1983, and she hasn't looked back since! Angela SOLD homes for 3 years as an agent for Century 21 and in 1986 took a position with Amrep SW-Rio Rancho Homes as their Broker Coordinator and later became Sales and Marketing Director. She was very active during that time with the AMBR and was awarded Affliate of the Year in 1996. She was also active with Home Builders Association and got her designation as a Certified New Home Specialist. When AMREP decided to stop building new homes in 1999 she took on a position with First American Title as a marketing representative and by January of 2000 was the Manager of the Rio Rancho branch.

In June of 2000, her husband Dean was offered a management position with Sandia Labs in Hawaii on the island of Kauai, for a period of 3-4 years, which was an opportunity they could not pass by! After a 4 year sabbatical from real estate and playing lots of golf and reading books by the ocean, they returned to ABQ in June of 2004. In Sept. 2004 she returned to real estate as a Business Manager for a top producer in ABQ. After two years managing, she realized it was time for her to return to the work she loved, listing and selling real estate on her own as an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty. "I had my first listing within 3 days and look forward to happy sales from here on out!!!!!!!!!!!"

Along with real estate she keeps busy in the lives of her daughter, two sons and two step-sons. The youngest one has recently moved on to college and the others are away from home, either happily married or happily single. Her husband Dean and her are enjoying a new lifestyle as empty-nesters. They are the proud grandparents of five beautiful children! Life is good and she looks forward to helping you with your real estate needs.

Jack and Janis began serving real estate clients in New Mexico in 2003 at the locally owned Vaughan Company. There, in 2007 and 2008, they were among the top ten producers among approximately two hundred Realtors. They consistently led the North Valley office in terms of the number of satisfied clients they served and dollar value of transactions. Seeking even more effective ways to serve their clients, Jack and Janis joined the Keller Williams Realty team in early 2009.

Janis’ decision to become a Realtor came after seventeen years as owner/operator of her own successful landscaping company. For seven years before that, she owned and operated a gymnastics school. She was an All American gymnast at Southern Illinois University. After graduation, Janis taught school in Georgia, Louisiana, and New Mexico.

Jack’s pre-real estate career was in various marketing/sales management positions for the leading semiconductor companies, Motorola, Advanced Micro Devices, GE/RCA, and VLSI Technology. Jack attended The University of Texas and Arizona State University, and graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso.

Valerie Almanzar is achieving amazing goals in record-breaking time. She started selling real estate working in new construction. Within two weeks of pursuing selling on her own, Valerie worked with her first seller, closing a short sale in record-breaking time. She was recognized as one of the top realtors with RE/MAX Finest in 2009 and recently started a new endeavor with Keller Williams.

Valerie attended the University of New Mexico and got her B.A. in Psychology and Spanish. She continued on to the Anderson School of Management and got her M.B.A. in Marketing and Operations Management. This specialized schooling has enabled her to relate and work with other business professionals on the biggest decision of their lives- buying and selling their homes!

In 2009 Valerie was ahead of the curve, getting her CDPE designation to help homeowners looking at selling their homes via Short Sale. This experience has helped her sellers to get fast responses from the bank and to help them understand the process.
