I am a Realtor and Marketing Specialist working in the New Mexico Area in Residential Resale, Investment properties, REO's, Short Sale's, Land, and Residential Income.

I specialize in Listing properties for sale and have a passion for creative marketing and working hard. I also work with Buyer's in the purchasing process and guide them to the financial professionals that will best serve their needs as well as other professionals in the Real Estate field that pertain to the purchase of their new home.

My main focus is making people feel comfortable as the process can be stressful and tiresome. I keep them motivated and focused on the goal at hand. I also am a Green Designee and can Sell and Assist folks in the purchase and Sale of Green Homes and the Green process and also consulting with customers, guiding them to green mortgage professionals. I work with companies and residences to help them achieve green retrofitting and green building, to help bring more money to their bottom line.

I served on the Social Committee for the Board of Realtors, Greater Albuquerque Board of Realtors. I have also worked with a National Builder in Sales and Marketing and helped open new communities around the Albuquerque area. I have worked with Custom Builders as the Sales and Marketing consultant in assisting with the Building process from Land to the building process and also the listing of such properties. I have also been chosen to be the "exclusive" Realtor for a local home Builder.

Most importantly, I have a Team of professionals that handle customer service, the Art of Showing properties, Buyers Agents, Realtor Tours, Attorney's, Accountants, Transaction Coordinators, Title Officers, Contractor's, and a staff that assists customers with setting up utilities, design, Staging, and the entire moving process. Our staff has a positive attitude and has a mission to make people happy and have fun at the same time but also takes this business very seriously as this is the biggest purchase that is made!
