Jack and Janis began serving real estate clients in New Mexico in 2003 at the locally owned Vaughan Company. There, in 2007 and 2008, they were among the top ten producers among approximately two hundred Realtors. They consistently led the North Valley office in terms of the number of satisfied clients they served and dollar value of transactions. Seeking even more effective ways to serve their clients, Jack and Janis joined the Keller Williams Realty team in early 2009.
Janis’ decision to become a Realtor came after seventeen years as owner/operator of her own successful landscaping company. For seven years before that, she owned and operated a gymnastics school. She was an All American gymnast at Southern Illinois University. After graduation, Janis taught school in Georgia, Louisiana, and New Mexico.
Jack’s pre-real estate career was in various marketing/sales management positions for the leading semiconductor companies, Motorola, Advanced Micro Devices, GE/RCA, and VLSI Technology. Jack attended The University of Texas and Arizona State University, and graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso.
Though both are fitness enthusiasts, Janis is the accomplished athlete who was ranked by USA Triathlon in the top five in her age group nationally through most of the 1990’s. Jack has completed dozens of triathlons and over twenty marathon-or-longer distance races. Both continue to run and ride as much as the demands of their job allow.
Jack and Janis take their greatest pride, though, from the high regard they earn from their clients. Referrals from very satisfied clients provide over 90% of their business.
They ask for and receive those referrals without hesitation, because there is nothing they won’t do to earn them.
