My name is Wendy Lorenzen, and I am the Director of Client Care at Remington Properties, LLC. My field of expertise is taking care of you and your home from list to sell or from buying to close. In a listing, I am your client care specialist. Anything you need at any time, just give me a ring! I will take care of getting you signed copies of your contract, ordering your sign, lockbox and floor plan for your home, submitting your property to MLS, maintaining the websites where your home is featured, arranging office and title company tours of your home, scheduling open houses, touching base weekly to find out your needs and answering any of your questions or concerns. In a contract, I am your transaction manager. I will manage all the details and walk you through the process. I will take care of getting you signed copies of your contract, getting copies to the title company and lender, arranging all inspections, negotiating all repair requests, notifying you of the progress through repairs, maintaining contact with the other parties’ broker, reviewing the closing statement to ensure accuracy, and managing any other details that arise.

In my personal time, I am a Mom of 6 children, 3 of which are special needs adopted. My kids are my delight! We love spending time taking nature walks, swimming in the summer, reading together and enjoying family time. Another passion of mine is working out— especially Zumba! I love living in the Albuquerque area and enjoy all it has to offer!

My name is Gerald Montoya. I was born in San Diego, California but I grew up in Albuquerque. After high school, I joined the United States Marine Corps and served my time on the east coast, west coast and overseas. After the military, I went back to school and began working as a Pharmacy Technician. I worked in that field for almost 13 years before realizing I needed a change. I was getting burnt out.

While speaking with Sean Remington one afternoon, I mentioned that I felt it was time for a change. Sean suggested I look into the real estate school he had attended. I was extremely excited when Sean also mentioned he was seeking talented individuals to join his team, so I made the decision to check it out and ended up completing the program.

Once I got to know the staff of the Remington Properties team, I realized I was among some of the Top Agents in the market. They are all excellent at what they do and always put their client’s needs above all else. I believe my attention to detail and work ethics fit right in with how they conduct themselves. Being a new Realtor to Remington Properties Team, I feel the possibilities to help clients are endless!
